Dear esteemed Stakeholders,

It is my great pleasure to address you as the Chairman of IMS Group, a company that has stood the test of time since its establishment in 1993. Our unwavering commitment towards excellence has enabled us to overcome every obstacle on our journey, and we continue to evolve in tune with changing times.

As we progress, we recognize the importance of staying abreast with the evolving times. As a result, we have expanded our portfolio to include several other industries beyond our core business of distributing smartphones. We now have a presence in a variety of sectors, including construction, real estate, automobile, e-commerce, medical, baby care, hospitality, hydropower, broadcasting, ISP, banking, fintech and agriculture.

We take great pride in providing our customers with genuine products through our authentic and advanced distribution system. Our hard work and efficiency has resulted in our appointment as the national distributor of Samsung smartphones and watches. As we move forward, we remain dedicated to expanding our business and adding more ventures to our name as per market needs.
